The Sanford Rose Associates Executive Search Network, founded in 1959, is a full-service executive search organization. We conduct searches through a network of 60+ offices. Rather than being recruiting generalists in a local market, each SRA office specializes in a particular industry or profession and conducts its searches on a national (and even worldwide) basis. Using our Dimensional Search® process, SRA consultants guide each assignment from initial development of client needs through the identification, presentation and hiring of the right individual.
