Bob Dudley, Managing Director
Bob opened his first Sanford Rose Associates office in 1993 after spending more than 20 years managing operations for Fortune 500 companies. The focus of his recruiting efforts has mainly been at the senior levels within Biotechnology, Information Technology and Human Resources. Active in the local chapter of California Staffing Professionals, he was their Recruiting Consultant of the Year in 2000. He earned his Certified Professional Consultant designation in 1994. Martha Williams, Account Executive
Martha has been with Sanford Rose Associates for nearly 4 years, bringing with her 15 years of sales management experience, most recently in the high-tech industry. Her specialties include information technology, advanced software technology and advertising/communications within Biotechnology. Mira Wolf, Account Executive
After four years as Manager of Technical Recruiting at a Southern California software firm, Mira joined Sanford Rose Associates. She couples her strong recruiting experience and understanding of software and hardware industries with an infectious enthusiasm that gets results. Her industry focus includes medical devices, information technology and bioinformatics. Mira earned her B.S. degree from the University of Connecticut, and is a member of SHRM, EMA and SHBRA. Melissa Metz, Partner
Melissa has over 12 years of experience in Executive Search helping clients fill critical openings in Human Resources, technology, operations and engineering. Her career has spanned publicly traded companies such as Romac, International/Kforce, as well as specialty physician recruiting for the US Navy. Aside from her search experience, Melissa’s background includes over 8 years in Operations Management as an Officer in the US Navy and at Callaway Golf. Jeanne Amey, Partner
Jeanne has been in the staffing/recruitment field since 1985. She has managed sales for Fortune 500 companies as well as directed the recruiting efforts of a 6,000 employee Southern California firm. She has been involved in start-ups and as a turn-around executive in helping troubled branches return to profi tability and fi nancial strength. Jeanne’s most recent corporate experience has given her the experience of working with search fi rms from a client perspective. Her unique skill set positions her well to understand clients’ hiring environments and be able to navigate the complex issues that arise when hiring top executives.
