I do need to make another comment about our call. In my career, there has been only one other incident where the recruiter and I have gone into a through, detailed review, with the recruiter actually familiar with the details. The other recruiter was searching for a senior manager for me, and he interviewed me on my style, job, company culture, and based on that he showed me 3 candidates, one better than the other. Our conversation left me with a similar feeling. I have had discussions with Korn Ferry and Heidrick/Struggles, but the depth of the interviewer is missing in most cases. It felt good talking to you.
