John Malloy, CPC

John is President and owner of Sanford Rose Associates® - Santee and is a partner in the Manufacturing Sector Group.

Sanford Rose Associates® - Santee is located in South Carolina. There are an additional 60+ partner offices across the US. Search services are partially retained and exclusive, contingent.

John Malloy has been doing Executive Search for nine years. John and his partners only recruit for positions they have either personally held or had reporting to them. This includes a wide spectrum of titles including President, CEO, CFO, VP, Director, and Manager. Business sectors include manufacturing and distribution in capital goods, automotive, medical, aerospace, building materials and electronics.

John has a BSEE from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. His added education includes courses at Harvard, Michigan, Marquette and South Carolina. John and his team have consistently been among the franchise system’s top offices. For twenty five years preceding Executive Search, John‘s career was in engineering and manufacturing. John was EVP of EDAC Technologies, a Michigan based supplier of Engineering Services to Automotive and Aerospace. John was later President of Modern Machine Works and Aztec Systems. Modern Machine was a contract manufacturer of machined components for engines, pumps and compressors. John has served on the Board of Directors of both public and private companies.

With close to 400 placements over the past nine years, the metrics used to measure success include: 80% of all placements remain at least four years. Over half have received a promotion within one year.

Because of his strong technical background, John and his partners have the ability to work with hiring managers to determine the skills needed to succeed.  John and his team have demonstrated that first hand experience in performing a job dramatically increases the ability to find and qualify successful candidates.

John has won many awards and been recognized by clients and peer groups. He is most proud of being a case study by Harvard of successfully planning and implementing Strategic Plans. John is CPC as certified by NAPS.

Jeremiah Truax, CPC

Jeremiah has a unique blend of specialties. He comes from a strong background in sales and sales management. His education at the University of Wisconsin included a major in information systems and computing. He has also brought a strong knowledge of finance and accounting. During his tenure at Sanford Rose he has become the resident expert on Quality Systems, Information Technology, Project Management, Embedded Mobile Systems, Environmental, Health and Safety recruiting.

Jeremiah is originally from Hayward, Wisconsin. He is a proud alumnus of the University of Wisconsin. Jeremiah financed his own education. His first two years out of school were involved in banking. His IT skills and finance skills fit it well. He soon moved into Sales and Sales Management. Jeremiah successfully managed a series of offices in the State of South Carolina. He was used as the turnaround person to improved ailing sales and profits. Industries served have included banking, manufacturing, environmental, and both retail and industrial sales.

Jeremiah has a wife and three children. He enjoys golf, supporting Wisconsin Badger athletics, recreational sports and finding time to spend with his family.  Jeremiah is on the Board Member of both the local Society of Human Resource Management chapter and the local Chamber of Commerce.  He is also Chairman of the local Young Professionals group.

Dan Challgren

Dan joined Sanford Rose Associates® - Santee after more than 35 years experience as an executive and manager for ArvinMeritor, Rockwell Automation (Allen Bradley), General Electric, and Textron.

He has held positions as Vice President Operations, Plant Manager, Director of Manufacturing, Director Product Industrialization, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Production Manager, and a number of engineering and staff positions during his career. He has had the opportunity to work in varied industries and markets including: Automotive Components, Electronic and Electromechanical Controls, Heavy Truck Components, Major Appliances, Appliance Control Electric Motor, Defense Components, Distribution Transformers, and Capacitors.

Dan has expertise in the following: Operations Management, Automation Engineering Plant Turnarounds, New Product Introduction, Acquisition Integration, Organizational Development, Quality, Inventory and Financial Management.

Dan holds a BME from Ohio State and a Masters of Engineering from U of L.

Stacy McKsymick,

Stacy joined Sanford Rose Associates® - Santee with 23 years experience in the Medical Device, Diagnostic, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer industries with vast experience in Recruiting and Field Sales. 

Her successful career history includes 15 years with Johnson & Johnson, Inc., in Medical Device, Diagnostic, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Recruiting roles as well as Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Field Sales roles.  Field Sales roles with Beiersdorf, Inc., Carter Wallace, and Lever Brothers also encompass Stacy’s career history.

Stacy is an accomplished Recruiter and the recipient of several certifications including AIRS/CIR (AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter), and Flawless Consulting Skills.  While in her Recruiting role at Johnson & Johnson, Inc., Stacy successfully achieved an average of 106 placements per year.

Along with consistently exceeding quota in her Field Sales roles, Stacy received numerous awards including Area Business Manager of the Year and Professional Detail Representative of the Year.

Stacy holds a BA Degree from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater.

Stacy’s career has provided her the opportunity to travel throughout the U.S., to reside in California, Minnesota, and for the past 16 years, Texas.

Kathleen Truax

Kathleen Truax is a former University of Wisconsin Badger. Her course of study included Accounting and Information Systems.

Kathleen has been involved in manufacturing for nine years. Her background includes: Human Resources, Accounting, IT Manager, Systems Administration, and Recruiting.

She has had extensive exposure in cost accounting, network installation, systems administration, engineering interface, purchasing, and QS9000 certification.

She lives in South Carolina with her husband Jeremiah, son Tyler, and two daughters Brianna and Megan. Kathleen enjoys golf, music, and college football.
