We only accept a limited number of engagements which allows our search professionals to provide personalized attention to our clients and leads to minimal “off limits restrictions” and conflict situations. Our model involves working with clients on an exclusive and retainer-fee basis. We will, however, work with our clients to modify the process, fee terms, and other parameters of a search to meet specific needs without compromising on quality or our ability to exceed client expectations.
