Melissa Metz, CPC, Managing Partner
Melissa’s professional career has spanned publicly traded companies such as Callaway Golf and Kforce, as well as several years with the U.S. Navy. At Callaway, Melissa served in an Operations Management role as Plant Manager for a start-up golf ball manufacturing facility, with management of over 100 personnel. Her positions in the Navy included Human Resource Management related functions for both military and civilian personnel for a 1200 person command. Other HR functions included talent acquisition, strategic communications, health and welfare benefits and organizational development and training.
Prior to opening an office in early 2003, Melissa spent several years recruiting senior level executives at the Director, VP, and C levels for several start-up and fortune 500 companies. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in General Engineering curricula from the U.S. Naval Academy and designation as Certified Personnel Consultant from the National Association of Personnel Services.

Bob Dudley, CPC, CAC, Partner
Bob opened his first Sanford Rose Associates office in 1993 after spending more than 20 years managing operations for Fortune 500 companies. The focus of his recruiting efforts has mainly been at the senior levels within Biotechnology, Information Technology and Human Resources. Active in the local chapter of California Staffing Professionals, he was their Recruiting Consultant of the Year in 2000. He earned his Certified Professional Consultant designation in 1994. Bob received his BA in Business Administration from Roanoke College and his MBA from Lehigh University.

Lisa joins Sanford Rose Associates after 20 years of sales and marketing experience with major domestic and international firms. As Director of our Client Services she plays a key role in developing and maintaining critical client relations.
