Walter Brandes is the Managing Director of Sanford Rose Associates – Pen Bay. After 35 years of resounding successes leading Sales, Marketing, Operations and R&D teams, he decided to engage in consulting and executive search full time. Margaret Brandes is responsible for Administration at Sanford Rose Associates - Pen Bay. She is also the Managing Partner of To The Tipping Point, LLC. To The Tipping Point was founded as a change identification and management consultancy focusing their practice on improving personnel turnover rates and increasing client revenue.

In 2008, To The Tipping Point opened its Sanford Rose Associates International office in Windham, New Hampshire in order to bring the skills and offerings of the Company to bear on the Executive Search process.  Sanford Rose Associates - Pen Bay now offers a somewhat unique addition to classic Executive Search.  Using the Company’s change identification model, Sanford Rose - Pen Bay, rather than simply “filling a position,” helps its clients evaluate and, if needed, re-engineer positions and departments where a requirement for new leadership has been identified.
