Client Needs
A successful recruiting search requires a thorough understanding of the client’s functional, strategic and cultural needs. Using a proprietary process called Dimensional Search®, we determine the skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for a candidate to be successful in the new position.

Position Profile
A detailed position profile is created to accurately reflect the client’s requirements, to ensure that the candidate background and experience matches the position’s responsibilities and requirements and to provide compelling information to prospective candidates regarding the unique opportunity of the position and the client company.
Candidate Search and Identification
Candidates are most effectively identified through networking referrals and contacts within the work disciplines and businesses where qualified candidates are most likely to reside. The talented people we approach are generally not looking for a new position and have not circulated their resumes. They represent the two-thirds of the qualified workforce who are unreachable except through a custom-recruiting approach. They are, however, people who may be interested in an opportunity when it is brought to their attention in a professional and discreet manner.
Our recruiting success relies on our in-depth knowledge of the industries and functional disciplines in which we recruit and on our use of sophisticated computer technology to manage large amounts of information. Our inquiries are made in strict confidence, and our client’s company is not identified until a candidate expresses definite interest in the position. If we feel there is a good fit, we then take steps to recruit the candidate.
Candidate Assessment
Once we have identified potential candidates, we perform in-depth interviews with the candidates to determine if they meet the client requirements. In addition, we will uncover any personal issues that would restrict the candidate's ability to join our client.
In evaluating potential candidates, we will use our Dimensional Search® process to:

Match the candidate's educational, professional and occupational skills to our client's job requirements and needs;

Confirm that the candidate's past experience and successes will effectively contribute to our client's current and future goals;

Verify that the candidate's personal style will fit within the client's company culture and the hiring manager's personality; and

Evaluate the candidate's long-term potential to take on additional responsibilities beyond the current needs.
Candidate Recommendations and Client-Candidate Interviews
We present for interview only candidates who best fit the assignment profile. We perform preliminary background and reference checks prior to presenting the candidates. After the client-candidate interviews, we debrief the candidate and provide feedback to the client regarding the feedback to the client regarding the candidate's interest.
Finalist Candidates' Background and Reference Checks
We ensure that the appropriate reference and background checks are completed prior to the candidate being presented an offer of employment.
Candidate Offer and Acceptance
We assist in composing and extending the offer and in negotiating any changes. Once the offer is extended, we stay in constant touch with the candidate and his/her family to resolve remaining issues and facilitate a prompt acceptance and early starting date.
Candidate Resignation Consultation
Since resignation can be a very stressful experience for candidates, we will enlist an executive coach to work with the candidate to address any current employer counter-offers that are commonplace in this "candidate driven" environment.
Candidate Retention and Post-Placement Follow Up
We assist the client in creating an effective candidate integration plan to ensure that the placed candidate integrates effectively into the client’s company. Prior to the candidate’s start date, during the early phase of employment and for months after the candidate’s date of hire, we will follow-up with both the client and the placed candidate to ensure the client’s complete satisfaction.
