The Sanford Rose Associates Executive Search System, founded in 1959, is a full-service executive search organization. We serve clients through a network of over 70 offices finding people who make a difference in organizational performance. Rather than being recruiting generalists in a local market, each SRA office specializes in a particular industry or profession and conducts its searches on a national or worldwide basis as appropriate. Sanford Rose Associates of Middle Tennessee devotes its practice exclusively to mid and high level searches for a select list of companies in the Retail and Service industries. We find and recruit candidates ranging from Store Managers / General Managers, Buyers, District Managers, and Regional VP’s. Our specialization allows us to develop an intimate understanding of their business, their human capital needs and their values.
Our office has over 40 years of retail store and corporate management experience with several of the industries top 50 companies.
