Lionel M. Hardy, CPC
Sanford Rose Associates-Huntersville President, Lionel Hardy, joined Sanford Rose Associates in 2002. Lionel brings over twenty years of management and manufacturing experience to help clients fill critical executive, professional and managerial openings.
His early career included roles as Plant Manager, North American Director of Technical Service and Director of New Technology Development for both US and German multinationals. In those roles, Lionel led the implementation of SAP for a North American business unit and the implementation of a company-wide continuous improvement process.
Lionel is a Partner in the Food Industry Practice Group of Sanford Rose Associates, servicing domestic and globally focused food and beverage businesses including agribusiness.
Lionel holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and is a member of the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). In 2008 he was elected President of the Sanford Rose Associates Owners’ Association Board, and currently continues to serve on the Board as Past President.
Janet Hardy
As the Managing Partner of Sanford Rose Associates-Huntersville, Janet takes good care of clients and candidates alike, in addition to her overall responsibilities as Office Manager. Janet is a graduate of McGill University, Canada, and has extensive experience within the natural resources sector and financial services industry in Canada and in the USA. Her early career included roles of Land Use Planner and Senior Technical Assistant and later, with various Independent Financial Advisors, Administrative Assistant, Account Executive and Office Manager. Janet joined the Huntersville office in 2002 bringing more than 25 years of business experience in both corporate and volunteer capacities.
Kathy Breitenbucher, CPCKathy has been a part of the Huntersville team since 2006. Through her work with The Pedestal Group, she contributes industry knowledge, tools and research, building on the skills already in the Huntersville team to bring their customers faster, more effective results.
Food Industry Practice Group
Lionel is a Partner in the Sanford Rose Associates-Food Industry Practice Group which specializes in placing executives and professionals from the C-level to middle management and individual contributors across all functional areas. Its industry focus includes food and beverage businesses throughout the value chain, from agriculture and food processing to distribution and retail.
