The Recruiting Process

Profiling the Position
Using our proprietary Dimensional Search® process, we work closely with hiring managers and other key executives to create a position profile that identifies the skills required to do the job. We determine the requirements, responsibilities, education, and personal qualities necessary for the candidate's success in the position. A thorough understanding of our client's operations, the specific requirements of the position as well as the corporate environment and management style is also imperative. Finally, we also try to gain a "feel" for the personality and culture of the organization to ensure the right fit.
Identification and Recruitment
With our trained research staff, we begin a customized search for promising candidates who are likely to match the requirements of the Dimensional Search® profile. We have found that often the best candidates are happily employed, and their resumes may not be circulating. It is our task to identify and recruit them through a wide variety of means, and we will keep you fully informed of our progress. Candidates are approached in the strictest of confidence, but with full disclosure of our client's name and location. However, should a client prefer that their company not be identified until a candidate expresses a definite interest in the opportunity, we modify our process accordingly.
Screening and Presentation
When one or more candidates express interest in an opportunity, they are evaluated on the basis of their qualifications, work history, and cultural fit using our Dimensional Search® process. Only those individuals who best fit the position profile are presented for client evaluation and interview.
Face-to-Face Interviews
We will assist you with all aspects of the interviewing process and, if desired, will counsel those involved on successful interviewing techniques. Following each step in the interview process, we debrief both our client and candidate, following up to ascertain the candidate's interest, provide additional information and answer any questions. Selection and Offer
Once you have selected your preferred candidate, we will help you design a compensation package that will meet both your company's needs as well as the candidate's. References are checked, past employment history and educational qualifications are verified. We will present the offer on your behalf and resolve any last-minute issues before you make a written offer. When the candidate says “yes,” we will help them to resign effectively and resist any counter-offers from the current employer.
