Alice Marie Carroll


Tom Thomson, SRA Franklin  Tom Thomson

Tom is the Managing Partner of Sanford Rose Associates Franklin Executive Search firm and has extensive experience helping clients fill critical openings in their organizations.  His knowledge of corporate cultures, global business practices and evolving client needs enables him to quickly asess and recruit compatible talent.  Together with his team, he has successfully placed senior executives in a variety of functional roles. 

Tom earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia.  He spent 19 years with a Fortune 500 company where he held key domestic and international management positions and excelled in developing strategic alliances.  Before acquiring the Sanford Rose Associates office in Franklin, Tom was the Division Vice President of a large regional staffing company.


Tom and his wife Paula live in Franklin with their three children. He volunteers his time working with the Big Brothers Big Sisters Organization as well as coaching youth basketball.  Tom is a member the Rotary Club, IOPP,  ISTA, NAPS,and the Tennessee Recruiters Association.  Back to top


Malone Johnson, SRA Franklin   Malone Johnson

Malone earned a BS in Finance from Birmingham Southern College in 1987 where he played on the baseball team. He has a diverse background in Banking, Financial Services and Healthcare. Malone started his career with AmSouth Bank in Birmingham and managed four locations.  He left banking to become a broker with Morgan Keegan and  Prudential before giving in to his desire to be an entreprenuer. Mr. Johnson started a food company called Johnson Orchards which he grew to national prominence through his partnerships with Williams Sonoma and Cracker barrel Old Country Stores.  Malone created a mail-order division of the company and its products were featured in all of Williams Sonoma mail order catalogues and the Holiday Issue of "Cooking Light" in 1990.  The product line was featured in most major newspapers at one time or another.  Mr. Johnson sold the company in 1993.

Since that time, Malone has been a sales manager for ADP and Capital Accounts in Nashville.  He has extensive experience in the area of Revenue Cycle Management.

Malone’s primary responsibility is developing relationships in the Financial Services Sector. 

Mr. Johnson started his career with Sanford Rose Associates in July of 2007 and works exclusively in the financial services areas.

Malone has two children and lives in downtown Franklin.  Back to top

 

Bill Collins  Bill Collins

Bill is an accomplished sales professional possessing over 20 years of diverse experience. He has held various positions in retail management, executive recruiting, and banking. Bill started his career in 1987 in retail management with Kroger in Nashville; eventually becoming responsible for managing a $9 million home decor/home fashions retail store. He left retail to become an executive recruiter for the retail industry and then opened Collins Recruiting Group in 2006. Later that same year, Mr. Collins himself was recruited and offered an opportunity with First Tennessee Bank.  In this role as a Relationship Manager he was directly responsible for 25 benefit level companies, managing and coordinating all aspects of the clients financial relationship including financial planning, investments/insurance, and wealth management, along with small business products, lending, and trust services by leveraging the appropriate specialist or alternate delivery channels; and pro-actively monitoring ongoing client needs and market trends for portfolio optimization. Bill was a Top Producer in bank sales and wealth management sales, 2007 Presidents Award recipient, presented numerous financial workshops, and holds Series 6,63 & Insurance licenses. Bill's strong desire to return to the executive recruiting field lead him to join Sanford Rose Associates in March of 2008.

Bill's expertise in the executive hiring process helps him partner with hiring managers and candidates to achieve a great fit as he understands first hand the many challenges they are faced with on a daily basis, always keeping honesty, integrity, and strict confidentiality a priority. Bill strives to become a long term partner who takes time to understand your company and corporate culture to make certain he finds the perfect match for your opportunity.

Bill and his wife Liz live in Spring Hill and have three daughters. Bill is an active member of Rotary Club, the Heritage Foundation of Franklin, and is an avid sports enthusiast.  Back to top

 

Wyck Newberry, SRA-Franklin  Wyck Newberry

Wyck has worked in the paper and packaging industry for over 20 years serving in a variety of sales and marketing positions.   He began his career with Union Camp, which became part of International Paper, and was in several territory and national sales positions as well as marketing for the packaging division.  He later worked with Sonoco in market development for North America.  Prior to joining Sanford Rose Wyck was the Director of Sales and Marketing for an international engineering firm that worked with large industries to reduce energy costs.  He is a 1988 University of Georgia graduate and also earned his MBA in 2003.

 

His recruiting focus is in the packaging industry, working with sales and marketing professionals.  Wyck has had many direct reports during his years of work experience and this gives him a unique understanding of the skills necessary for a great employee-employer relationship.

 

Wyck and his wife Marcy have three children and live in Franklin.

 


Alice Marie Carroll, SRA Franklin  Alice Marie Carroll
Alice Marie holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. Before coming to SRA, Alice Marie enjoyed a 20 year career with ATT holding several managerial positions including District Manager. Earlier in her career with ATT, she was the HR Manager where she oversaw Staffing and Recruiting for the Atlanta and Dallas regions.  Back to top
