David L. Felker, PhD
David is a Managing Partner of Sanford Rose Associates-Del Mar, and Co-founder and Managing Director of the Emerging Ventures Group within Sanford Rose Associates®. David is an award winning Executive Search Consultant, having earned multiple achievement awards for excellence in completing Director through CEO retained search assignments. David has been a member of the President's Club of SRA International, Inc. for 4 years. The President's club is reserved for the top 10 office owners.
Prior to joining Sanford Rose Associates®, David was Callaway Golf Ball Company's Vice President of Research & Development where he was a member of the start-up executive team that invested $200M resulting in Callaway becoming a market leader in less than 4 years.
Earlier, David spent 13 years with E.I. DuPont Company in a variety of senior-level management positions where he was responsible for Research & Development, Engineering, Customer Service and Manufacturing functions at various DuPont sites across the United States.
David received an M.S. and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University, and a B.S. in Chemistry from University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, where he conducted research synthesizing anti-tumor agents. Over the years David has been a member of various professional and scientific organizations including ISPE, RAPS, PDA, ACS, ASQ, AlChE, and LES.
Edith Felker, MA
Edie is a Managing Partner of Sanford Rose Associates - Del Mar. Edie was one of the founding partners of Sanford Rose Associates - San Diego North County, which earned the "Rookie Office of the Year" award and has consistantly ranked as one of the Top 10 Offices in the Sanford Rose Asscoiates system of more than 60 offices world wide.
In addition to her executive search experience, Edie spent 11 years as a teacher of the deaf, was owner of a successful music studio and taught piano and composition lessons for over 20 years, some concurrent while teaching deaf children. She is a composer and an author. Edie earned an MA in Piano Pedagogy from Goddard College and a B.A. in Deaf Education from Converse College. She has been a member of various organizations including IFT, ISPE and ASB.
Susan C. Little, JD
Susan Little, Senior Consultant, joined Sanford Rose Associates - Del Mar in 2003. Since then she has focused on positions at the Officer, VP and Director-levels. She has had particular success in the areas of Engineering, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance, earning a Sanford Rose Associates system-wide achievement award for productivity.
In addition to her recruiting experience, Susan has 17 years of experience as an attorney in the public and private sectors. During her legal career, Susan represented a state agency in its administration of its Medicaid program and represented various employers and employees in employment, personnel and discrimination litigation.
Susan earned her Juris Doctor degree at the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she was on the Dean’s List, earned a scholastic scholarship, and was a Law Review Notes and Comments Editor. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she was on the Dean’s List.
Susan is a member of the Wisconsin and Florida Bars. Over the years, she has been a member of the ABA and local bar associations, and won an award for her exemplary pro bono services while in private practice.
