A.  Retained search only

A.  We provide a 180 days replacement guarantee. 
 
Q.  What are your terms of engagement?

Q.  How long does it take Sanford Rose Associates - Del Mar to complete a search?
A.  On average it takes 92 days from the day we start to the day the candidate accepts the offer.  However, the "time to fill" varies significantly between our clients and is largely due to the length of time it takes different sized companies to arrange the face-to-face interviews.  The average time to present the first candiate is about 10 days, and it takes on avcerage 45 days to present the last candidate.
 
Q.  How do you find candidates?
A.  We have our own internal Research staff. For each position to be filled, we perform custom-designed research in order to identify talent based on the unique needs of each client (most search firms rely on old candidate data within a database); unlike most other search firms, we share our custom-designed research with you.
