Brian Hagman

Brett Blair is President of Sanford Rose Associates^® – Brighton. Brett has a passion for people. He is naturally pulled in the direction to help people. He loves his Sanford Rose Associates^® Executive Search business for that reason. It’s sole purpose is to help people, and subsequently….organizations. It helps leaders of companies, it helps new employees…and in turn, their families, their communities, and in a small way, it helps the world.

Brett comes from a 22 year corporate career, with prior experience with RE/MAX, 3M, and Alcoa. He enjoyed multiple functional roles over that time, culminating as General Manager of a $200 million automotive parts manufacturing business. Brett holds a BS-Industrial Engineering degree, and an MBA – Finance. He has also studied in Japan and has extensive experience working in Mexico and Europe.

His experience, education, personality, drive and passion to help people have positioned Brett well to lead the Sanford Rose Associates^® – Brighton firm to growth and success.

Courtney Grant Tobbe is Operations Director for Sanford Rose Associates^® – Brighton. Courtney has 10 years experience in marketing, sales and communications. She has strong sales experience within the real estate industry and has worked extensively with Traditional Neighborhood and Mixed-Use Developments in Southeastern Michigan. Courtney has experience in the wholesale business arena and was Showroom Director, The Etna Showroom, a luxury Kitchen and Bath Showroom. Courtney has experience in Global Communications with The Estee Lauder Companies, Brooks Brothers Public Relations, and within the United States Commercial Service Department, American Embassy London. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Buying and Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, NY. Courtney enjoys running, gardening, cooking and spending time with her family. She embraces life with a creative perspective and has a passion for art, "the downtown culture" of local communities and is a member of the Brighton Art Guild.

Patrick Blair supports Sanford Rose Associates^® – Brighton in marketing and recruiting. Creating new ideas in effective marketing, Patrick is attracting clients to partner with in order to find people who make a difference. He is a strong believer in using the power of social media to make connections and represent Sanford Rose Associates - Brighton on the web. Patrick is a student at Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor, MI. Patrick enjoys riding motorcycles, snow skiing, and spending time in the garage with cars and friends. Big dreams and an entrepreneurial spirit drive him to succeed professionally and academically, always with a positive outlook on the future.

Brian Hagman is a Sr. Executive Search Consultant with Sanford Rose Associates^® – Brighton. Brian specializes in the automotive industry with an expertise in the brake manufacturing sector. His knowledge and understanding of the Original Equipment Manufacturing & Aftermarket areas of the brake industry provide an invaluable partnership to our clients.

Prior to joining Sanford Rose Associates^® , Brian spent 12 years as a Human Resources professional where he held various leadership roles within the manufacturing world. He was instrumental in various plant start-ups and turnarounds, and was as a key player in many talent management and organizational development initiatives. Before leaving the corporate world, Brian was responsible for leading the HR activities of a $450 million automotive brake division.

Brian received his Bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University where he studied Business Management and Human Resources. He currently resides in Elizabethtown, KY with his wife, Anne and son, Nolan.
