Kathy Breitenbucher is the Managing Partner for The Pedestal Group. Joining the team in January, 2006, Kathy brought experience from several industries. Most recently she managed a department of 41 staff and student employees at the College of Wooster. Project management, budgets, goals, integration of technology into the workflow of departments and the day to day operations of a large IT department were all part of her responsibilities.

Prior to that, Kathy was the Customer Service Manager at Definitive Homecare Solutions, a software developer catering to the home infusion / home health market. As part of her role with DHS, she was responsible for all hiring, the creation of policies and procedures as well as quality control. Kathy’s career started in the staffing industry with Adia Personnel Services (now known as Adecco) in Columbus, Ohio. Originally hired as a desk recruiter, Kathy interviewed, screened, matched candidates, and monitored progress on temporary employees. As her role grew and changed with the organization, she added fee negotiation, and later advertising for the 16-franchise system. Launching a full scale branding program, Adia enjoyed a 98% name awareness in the Columbus market during the time she was with the system.
