Dennis “Denny” Geib
Denny Geib is the Managing Director of Sanford Rose Associates – Atlanta North. Founded in 1959, the Sanford Rose Associates® network consists of over 65 offices in the Americas, Asia and Europe that recruit executives, managers and professionals for client companies around the world.
Prior to focusing on executive recruiting and human capital solutions, Denny devoted the majority of his 30 year career to management consulting with leading firms including Ernst & Young, Accenture and Perot Global Business Consulting. He provided a wide range of innovative business solutions to both mid-tier companies and Fortune 1000 organizations, and his insight and problem solving approaches have improved the performance of organizations across multiple facets of the manufacturing and distribution sector including high tech, consumer products and medical devices.
Denny has enhanced the sales/marketing, operations and supply chain capabilities of his clients, and has a deep understanding of industry issues, trends and leading edge practices. He has delivered solutions related to performance and profit improvement, strategy refinement, organizational structure, human capital, process improvement and business/IT alignment. He has a successful track record of defining business and organizational requirements and delivering solutions to meet his clients’ objectives.
In addition he has built and managed several business consulting practices focused on the manufacturing and distribution industries, as well as defining and delivering IT strategies and technology solutions aligned with business requirements. Denny has also held management positions within the GE organization where he headed sales and technical services functions, as well as business process consulting groups.
Denny’s broad-based management experience has provided him with 20 years of insight as a hiring manager, where he gained a firsthand appreciation for the value of effectively recruiting human capital. This experience, coupled with his in-depth industry knowledge, experience and network gives Denny a substantial competitive advantage in “finding people who make a difference®” for his clients to fill mid – to C- level management positions within their organizations.
Denny holds a BS in mathematics and an MBA, both from the State University of New York at Albany. He and his wife reside in Alpharetta, GA, and are the proud parents of two daughters. He is an avid woodworker and rock’n’roll enthusiast. Both Denny and his wife have been active volunteers with US Swimming for many years.
